I have been practicing massage since 2020 where I graduated from the Healing arts center in St. louis. I am certified in Thai  massage, Cranial Sacral, and myofascial release.  I would describe my eclectic style as an emphasis on bringing decompression to the joints or creating space in your ligaments and increasing range of motion so you can move and live to your full potential. I also incorporate some energy work into my massages.
